A Personal Service

The service we offer is bespoke and tailored to the needs of each client. We offer initial consultations and an on-going service to ensure that our clients are kept informed and up to date. You can receive advice at any time, access to our administration support service and face-to-face visits upon request.

Initial Discovery Meeting

This first meeting allows us to explain how we can advise you and establish what you require. This helps us to understand your financial objectives and confirm how we can support you in working towards these goals.

At this meeting we will also discuss the cost, and levels, of our services available both initially and throughout our relationship with you.

Information Gathering & Analysis

We will gather of information about your existing financial arrangements and full personal circumstances to build a detailed picture of your current position and plans.

We can also asses any short falls and gaps and establish your future requirements, time horizon, risk profile and tolerance to risk.

Advice & Recommendation

Using our experience and knowledge we will provide you with impartial and independant advice. We will discuss with you the options avaiable to you and willl recommend the most desirable solution.

Policy arrangement & Implementation

When an agreed solution is confirmed we will take care of all of the necersary paperwork and communications to ensure your solution is structured correctly.

How We Get Paid

Each of these services and the associated costs are explained in our client agreement which is available upon request. We will discuss and agree the cost involved before any work is carried out.

Ongoing Service & Relationship

We will discuss the full range of our on-going services during our initial discovery meeting. Details of these different levels of services are contained in our Ongoing Service Agreement. We will agree separately the level of on-going services at the time of, or prior to, making our recommendation(s) to you.
